Some interesting news about the Verse
Here are some notable discussions and articles about Star Citizen not everyone may have seen.
On the Star Citizen subreddit, /r/starcitizen, a discussion about Evocati NDA breeches has been happening. Apparently some Evocati member has been breaching the NDA and posting information about what they are doing. There have not been rules in place so being the democracy that most subreddits are, the mods opened it up for discussion. You can read more about the options here.
One of the Evocati has posted an deeply insightful description about their process and involvement. I found that one of the most interesting aspects of the discussion.
Next up, Kotaku posted an article with a horrible click-baity title. The content in itself was well researched and really is about Chris Roberts as a person, and game development. They post comments from ex-employees, which, in my opinion we should all take with a grain of salt. You don’t work there anymore for a reason, bringing Chris Roberts vision to life is hard. Game development is hard.

The INN has posted a reply to that article and I respect a lot of the sentiment in that article. The main takeaway is that amazing things are hard and take time. Amen brother!

2.6 is going to be with Evocati soon, here’s to 3.0 by the end of the year!
